The Design/Build team works under a single contract with the owner to provide design and construction services. One entity, one contract, one unified flow of work from conception through completion. The system is used to reduce project cost through value engineering, mitigate project risk and reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design and construction phases of the project.
