Historic Renovation

The process for bringing a large scale renovation project can take time, money and many concept/design reiterations. Add in federal tax credits for a historic renovation project and a complex design and approval process and the path to construction seems like an unattainable goal. In 2016 Bi-Con began coordination and negotiations to renovate the 1905 Potter Davis building to house the consolidation of all 9 regions of the Area Agency on Aging. After receiving all approvals we were able to start construction in Nov. 2018. In only 7 months, Bi-Con was able to fully renovate this 3-story space and bring this once distant concept to a fully operational, contemporary & functional space. Today, 120 employees of AAA9 occupy this space.
