New construction of a 23,300 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building. The structure is comprised of 13,200 SF of office space and 10,100 SF of manufacturing shop. The two-story office space includes locker room area, kitchen, cafeteria, vending, conference rooms, offices and a large meeting room. The manufacturing shop includes large overhead doors, (6) cranes (4 gantry and 2 overhead) and compressed air drops and welding receptacles throughout. The building also is equipped with a geothermal heating/cooling system that services the two-story office space.
