In 2017 we began a multi phased renovation of a 20,000 facility located in Byesville, Ohio. This project began as an interior refresh and through many design challenges became a complete demolition and full renovation of 3 distinct office spaces. Due to the condition of the building the renovation not only consisted of complete interior upgrades, but also an over haul of all Mechanical, Plumbing and electrical systems. The finish product is a modern and well thought out office space.
