Partnered with Mark West to fully design a new office complex located in Cadiz, Ohio. This space would consolidate several locations and convert a PEMB (Pre-engineered Metal Building) into a fully functional and beautifully designed 20,000 SF office space, working through many challenges to bring the concept to life, design, and construct a well-articulated and innovative facility.
