New construction of a 1620 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building with (2) ton overhead crane, concrete foundations and associated utility. This included electrical (and new below grade conduit for both electric and control wiring), new control panel in existing building, high and low pressure vent piping and high pressure tubing. The excavation process proved complicated on this site due to the below grade rock encountered.
