Creative Packaging Warehouse Addition

This project consisted of (3) main phases. The first phase entailed clearing/grubbing of the site and the extension and relocation of existing site utilities for the customer and adjacent properties and the addition of a retention pond. The second phase involved the construction of a new access road and truck storage area and the installation of several (342) rammed aggregate piers below the building pad due to poor soil conditions. The third phase was the construction of a 40,000 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building with a standing seam roof, a 100 FT interior concrete ramp and connector building, overhead doors, interior electric and LED lighting package, restrooms & mechanical area, gas-fired unit heaters, safety railing and guarding, truck docks and an exterior loading ramp.
