A fire caused extensive damage (fire and smoke damage) to the existing facility. The entire roof and roof insulation had to be replaced while keeping the facility running. Structural repairs to the roof and walls were required, lighting and ventilation in the manufacturing area and flooring throughout the office had to be replaced as well. Also, a small concrete block with metal roof addition was added during the process.
