Manufacturing Division

Bi-Con Services Manufacturing Division is a complete fabrication and manufacturing facility with over 40 years of experience in the natural gas industry. The division began operation in 1969 with pre-fabricated piping assemblies. Since then, we have grown to become a premier ASME qualified vessel manufacturer and repair facility along with a well respected manufacturer of modular skids, piping and control panels for a broad spectrum of industries and clients.

Our shops are ASME certified for pressure vessel manufacture and repair and power piping. We follow AWS, ASME, API, and UL Standards in our fabrication and assembly functions.

Located in East Central Ohio near the 1-70/1-77 interchange, our Derwent, Ohio facility is ready to meet the most challenging needs of our customers. Facility Specifications include:

• 40,000 square feet of Fabrication and Assembly shops.
• Overhead cranes up to 20-ton capacity.
• Mobile yard cranes up to 40-ton capacity.
• 5,000 square feet cleaning/coating shop with 35'x 30' climate controlled paint room.
• Plate roll to 1-1/2" x 14'.
• MIG, TIG, SAW, SMAW.
• On-site railroad loading area.
• 50 miles to Ohio River dock facilities.

It is the mission of the Bi-Con Services Manufacturing Division to be a world-class provider of ASME pressure vessels and fabricated piping assemblies for the natural gas and liquids and petrochemical industries.
