42 inch Launcher
This Customer Designed Launcher was fabricated
at the Bi-Con facility using API-1104 weld procedures for
MIG and Submerged arc welding. All X-rays and hydrostatic
testing were completed at the Bi-Con facility as well. This
launcher is used on natural gas systems and pipeline integrity
upgrades.

 |
42 inch Receiver
API-1104 weld procedures for MIG and Submerged
arc welding were utilized in fabricating this Receiver. QC,
X-ray and Hydrostatic Testing were also performed at the Bi-Con
facility for this fabrication project. This Receiver was a
customer design and is used on Natural Gas Systems and Pipeline
Integrity Upgrades.

Lube Oil Skids
These Lube Oil Skids were fabricated in house
using ASME weld procedures for stainless steel MIG and TIG
welding. Fabrication was completed with QC, X-ray and Hydrostatic
Testing. These Skids are used on a turbine engine lubrication
system. |
 |
Stripper Tower
This Stripper Tower was fabricated for a Refinery
Vesse!. ASME weld procedures were used for MIG welding. QC,
X-ray and Hydrostatic testing were also performed at Bi-Con.

 |
Amine Stripper
Tower Bi-Con fabricated this Tower utilizing
ASME weld procedures for MIG welding. QC, X-ray and Hydrostatic
Testing completed this Tower that is used in the crude oil
distillation process.
|
 |
Tower Vessel
Extension
This tower was needed for an extension on a
Refinery Vesse!. ASME weld procedures for MIG welding were
utilized. Bi-Con performed all QC, X-rays and Hydrostatic
Testing.
|
 |
Stainless Steel
Pipe
Bi-Con installed stainless steel piping on the
Lube Oil Tank while in the Bi-Con Manufacturing Shop. ASME
welding procedures were used for MIG stainless welding. QC,
X-ray and Hydrostatic testing were also completed before being
shipped to the Customer. The Customer later installed this
tank for their lubrication system in their plant. |
