Construction Division
Bi-Con Services Construction Division is a general
contractor in the natural gas and liquids industries. Bi-Con
is a non-union contractor with over 150 employees. The company
was founded in 1959 and has built a reputation for it’s
on-time project completions, quality, safety, and service.
Our construction capabilities cover a 500-mile
radius from southeastern Ohio. Due to our in-house OQ, (operator
qualification) certified instructor, we are approved to work
for the majority of natural gas companies east of the Mississippi.
The Construction Division now serves the following
