22,000 sq. ft. ODOT Maintenance Facility

Bi-Con has constructed four such facilities for the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). The projects were managed by the State Architects Office through the Department of Administrative Services. While Bi-Con constructed these facilities, we also provided design innovations to the proto-type structures for value added improvements. Photos include outside and interior views of facility.

ODOT Maintenance Facility (interior)

60,000 sq. ft. Elementary School

This 60,000 square foot Elementary School includes an elevator, gymnasium, cafeteria and classrooms.

10,000 sq. ft. Church Addition

This Church was a "Design/Build" project for Bi-Con, blending the original architecture with the new. The new sanctuary seats 350 and includes a multi-purpose area on the ground floor to accommodate an additional 400 seats. The addition included an elevator and complete ADA renovations. Church Addition (interior)

12,200 sq. ft. Senior Center

This 12,200 square foot facility serves as a Senior Citizens Center complete with a 3,000 square foot dining area to provide warm meals and recreation.

Highway Patrol Post

Brick, stone and standing seam provide a maintenance free exterior for this Highway Patrol Post. The foundations for this facility were saw cut into solid limestone. Interior finishes include state of the art communications and bullet proof glass reception area.
